After sale service is below average (the person who visited my place to install and setup broadband was least bothered to help or respond on calls or messages) and I thought to change the service provider after experiencing a lot of issues during last week and customer care even could not fix it (i tried formatting system twice and reinstalled Windows with and nothing helped) but then, I fortunately connected with deepak today , he advised me to connect my system with mobile data by tethering option using usb cable (because my system was not connecting to internet either with Ethernet cable or wifi), took remote access, made some changes in network adapter and settings, showed me the whole things how it didn't work and what will make it to work with detailed explanation.

I have been a Spiderlink customer since last one year and IтАЩve just renewed my membership for another year..... after initial setup glitches, things were sorted out and I have had a great experience of high speed Internet. There customer care team is quiet responsive and issues are sorted out promptly. Update(24th november, 2019): Even after jio fiber's arrival, spiderlink is best. Giving me a fix 100mbps while jio is giving mere 58-65mbps average on 100mbps plan and 150 on 250mbps plan.

Customer service timing ends by 10 in night but he stayed with me way to after ensuring end to end fixes. A big salute to RATNESH's product knowledge and exceptional support. Not sure if he is being paid well or not but he certainly deserves a pay raise.

It provides an excellent service of speed surfing and downloading and the staff is also nice as I recently talked with their Customer Support Agent named Deepak and i got the perfect solution for my problem and I am fully satisfied with the help of Deepak....... Good speed and good quality. Quick support from call center and technicians while down time. Genuine one. I am using Spiderlink from last 4 years even from when there was connectivity issue at my home and only limited connectivity over wireless but the team supported me very well and they are supporting till yet. Now I have fiber connection with 30 Mbps and with wifi i am getting 30 mbps in my room from where router is 2 rooms away.
